East Coast Pipelines can robotically grind those intrusions to a smooth profile when specification allows, which restores cleaner geometry for jet heads, cutters, or future lining trains.

Heavy root knobs, concrete-like scale, and hardened mineral crust sometimes need mechanical milling before routine cleaning can keep a line clear. East Coast Pipelines matches bit selection to the material, paces removal with flow and bypass planning, and stops if host wall thickness or structural risk says to change the repair strategy.

Robotic systems can also address intruded grout or concrete, stubborn paste obstructions, failed liner fins or lips, and other foreign material when safety and cover depth support an internal approach.
