How the work addresses the pipe condition
We use inspection findings to understand the host pipe before planning lining. The line needs preparation so deposits, roots, and obstructions do not compromise installation. The project scope addresses the liner system, installation access, cure method, service connections, and final inspection. Existing connections must remain usable after the work. The approach is selected for the actual pipe and service conditions, not simply for the smallest excavation footprint.
When another approach may be needed
A liner does not correct a significant pipe belly or restore missing grade. Severe collapse, displaced joints, or inadequate access may require preliminary repair or a different approach. Flow management and temporary restrictions on building drainage must be established before installation.
