The problem

Our scope found a 14-foot fractured segment 38 feet downstream of the building cleanout. Open-cut replacement would have shut down shared parking for most of a week and required lane closure coordination on a busy corridor near the Space Coast visitor traffic pattern.

Step 02

The solution

We bypass-pumped during low-traffic hours, cleaned the line, and installed a structural point repair liner across the failed joint cluster. Crew staged from the rear alley so storefronts stayed open. Temperature-controlled cure met the posted spec and we spot-checked wall thickness before reopening the line.

Step 03

The outcome

Retail tenants reopened on schedule the next morning. The manager received before/after video, a cure report, and a one-page summary for their facilities file. No trench through the shared lot.
