Review our terms and compliance documents
Effective Date: June 12, 2026
Website: liningpro.com
Operator: Lining Pro LLC, United States
Contact: help@liningpro.com
Governing Law: State of Florida
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of liningpro.com, including contractor profiles, directory pages, lead request forms, review features, marketplace-style listings, contractor account tools, administrative review workflows, communications, content, and related services provided by Lining Pro LLC, referred to in these Terms as LiningPro, we, us, or our.
By accessing or using LiningPro, creating an account, submitting a contractor profile, requesting quotes, posting content, submitting reviews, listing equipment, responding to leads, or communicating through the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
LiningPro is a contractor directory, industry platform, review platform, content platform, equipment listing tool, and lead-routing service for sewer, drain, trenchless, pipe lining, inspection, rehabilitation, excavation, plumbing, wastewater, and related trades. LiningPro is not a contractor, construction company, engineering firm, plumbing company, public utility, insurer, legal advisor, financial advisor, certification authority, or project guarantor.
LiningPro provides online tools that may help property owners, facility managers, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and trade professionals find information, view profiles, request contact, share project details, submit reviews, publish listings, and communicate with relevant businesses in the sewer and trenchless industry.
LiningPro does not perform contracting work, inspect properties, diagnose plumbing or sewer conditions, design repair systems, supervise job sites, verify all contractor claims, guarantee contractor availability, guarantee lead volume, guarantee project results, or guarantee that any contractor, customer, buyer, seller, reviewer, or user will act honestly, lawfully, safely, or professionally.
Any agreement for inspection, diagnosis, repair, lining, replacement, maintenance, cleaning, excavation, engineering, purchasing, renting, financing, hauling, or other services is solely between the customer and the contractor, vendor, or third party involved. LiningPro is not a party to those agreements unless a separate written agreement signed by LiningPro expressly says otherwise.
LiningPro makes no guarantees regarding leads, placements, rankings, visibility, traffic, search engine performance, review volume, customer inquiries, conversions, sales, equipment transactions, contractor selection, project awards, job outcomes, project pricing, repair quality, permit approval, code compliance, insurance coverage, warranty coverage, customer satisfaction, or business results.
Contractors and businesses using paid or unpaid listings understand that online visibility, lead flow, customer behavior, search performance, and market demand can vary widely by location, service category, season, competition, content quality, profile completeness, reputation, pricing, response speed, and outside factors beyond LiningPro’s control.
Introductory pricing, beta access, early member pricing, promotional placement, profile upgrades, premium visibility, featured listings, or administrative assistance do not create any promise of leads, traffic, rankings, revenue, or return on investment.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use LiningPro. If you use LiningPro on behalf of a company, contractor, organization, municipality, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use LiningPro if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, if you previously violated these Terms and were removed from the platform, or if your use would expose LiningPro, its users, or the public to unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe conduct.
Some features may require an account, profile, login, contractor dashboard, administrative approval, email verification, or other access credential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, submitting a contractor profile, posting listings, responding to leads, or using any form on LiningPro. You agree to update information when it changes.
You must notify us promptly at help@liningpro.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if any information on your profile is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.
Contractor profiles may include business names, service areas, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, descriptions, service categories, photos, logos, project examples, certifications, licensing references, affiliations, reviews, equipment, vehicles, badges, case studies, and other information submitted by the contractor or compiled from publicly available or user-provided information.
Contractors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their profile information. Contractors may only list services, credentials, certifications, licenses, affiliations, manufacturer relationships, equipment, logos, badges, marks, photos, project claims, and locations that they are legally authorized to use and truthfully able to support.
LiningPro may review, edit, format, refuse, suspend, remove, or limit contractor profiles at any time, including where content appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, abusive, duplicated, spam-like, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, low quality, outside the platform’s scope, or inconsistent with the purpose of LiningPro.
LiningPro may use human review, administrative judgment, automated tools, third-party services, public data, and user reports to help manage profiles, but LiningPro does not guarantee that all profile information has been independently verified.
Contractors are responsible for maintaining all licenses, registrations, insurance, permits, training, safety practices, certifications, and legal qualifications required for the work they advertise, quote, accept, or perform.
Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, municipal, occupational safety, environmental, construction, plumbing, utility, wastewater, advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and business laws.
Contractors must not misrepresent service capabilities, emergency availability, geographic coverage, licensing status, insurance status, certification status, manufacturer authorization, inspection findings, repair recommendations, warranties, affiliations, experience, project history, or customer results.
Contractors must respond to customers professionally, respect customer privacy, avoid abusive conduct, avoid spam, and avoid using lead information for unrelated marketing, resale, scraping, list building, or any purpose outside the customer’s request.
Customers, property owners, tenants, facility managers, agents, and other users who submit project requests are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, issue, location, access conditions, urgency, known hazards, prior repairs, and preferred contact methods.
Customers are responsible for independently evaluating contractors, checking licenses, checking insurance, requesting references, reviewing contracts, obtaining multiple estimates where appropriate, confirming permits, understanding warranties, and deciding whether to hire any contractor.
LiningPro does not recommend that any customer hire a contractor without independent review. Listing a contractor on LiningPro does not mean LiningPro endorses, guarantees, warrants, certifies, or supervises that contractor.
Emergency sewer, drain, plumbing, structural, environmental, gas, electrical, flood, mold, public health, or safety conditions may require immediate professional assistance, utility notification, municipal reporting, emergency services, or other urgent action. LiningPro is not an emergency response service.
When a user submits a form, quote request, project request, contact request, or other inquiry through LiningPro, the information may be routed to one or more contractors, businesses, administrators, service providers, or platform tools depending on location, service category, availability, profile status, administrative review, and other factors.
LiningPro does not guarantee that any request will be received, reviewed, accepted, quoted, or responded to by a contractor. LiningPro does not guarantee that every contractor in a region will receive every request. LiningPro may filter, moderate, delay, reject, reroute, or withhold requests that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, spam-like, unsafe, outside the platform’s scope, or otherwise inappropriate.
Lead routing may be based on service area, category, profile level, paid plan, administrative review, customer preference, availability, internal platform logic, or other criteria. LiningPro may change lead routing rules at any time.
Contractors understand that a lead is not a sale, booked job, qualified customer, guaranteed opportunity, exclusive contact, or promise of revenue. Customers understand that submitting a request does not require them to hire any contractor and does not require any contractor to provide service.
LiningPro may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, project feedback, contractor responses, dispute notes, or other reputation-related content. Reviews are opinions and experiences submitted by users. They do not necessarily reflect the views of LiningPro.
Users submitting reviews must be truthful, relevant, based on a genuine experience, and written without threats, hate speech, harassment, spam, false statements, impersonation, private information, unlawful content, or conflicts that are not disclosed where disclosure is required by law.
Contractors may respond to reviews where the platform allows it. Contractor responses must remain professional, factual, and lawful. Contractors must not post customer private information, job addresses, payment details, medical information, threats, defamatory statements, or abusive language.
LiningPro may moderate, reject, remove, hide, edit for formatting, flag, investigate, or limit reviews and responses where content appears false, abusive, irrelevant, duplicated, manipulated, incentivized, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, spam-like, or inconsistent with platform standards.
LiningPro does not guarantee that all reviews are accurate, complete, current, verified, or representative of a contractor’s work. Users should evaluate reviews as one source of information and perform their own independent research before hiring or contracting.
LiningPro may allow contractors, vendors, or users to list equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, trailers, cameras, jetters, lining equipment, cutters, compressors, pumps, or other trade-related items. These features are intended to help industry users share information and make connections.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, LiningPro is not the buyer, seller, broker, dealer, shipper, inspector, appraiser, escrow agent, finance company, warranty provider, or guarantor for any equipment or item listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for verifying ownership, condition, specifications, title, liens, serial numbers, mileage, hours, safety status, legal compliance, taxes, transport, payment terms, warranties, and suitability before buying, selling, renting, financing, or transferring any listed item.
LiningPro may remove listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, illegal, duplicated, unrelated, infringing, suspicious, or outside the intended purpose of the platform.
LiningPro may offer free listings, paid listings, premium profiles, featured placement, introductory pricing, promotional plans, administrative setup services, content assistance, review tools, case study support, lead routing features, advertising packages, or other paid services.
Pricing, included features, placement rules, billing periods, promotional terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options may vary by plan and may change over time. Any specific paid arrangement may also be governed by a separate written order, checkout flow, invoice, subscription agreement, or service description.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, fees are paid for access to platform features, profile publication, administrative handling, visibility tools, or related services. Fees are not paid in exchange for guaranteed leads, customers, search rankings, reviews, traffic, jobs, equipment sales, or revenue.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, removal, restricted access, or termination of paid features.
A contractor or paid user may request cancellation by following the available account tools or by contacting help@liningpro.com. Cancellation terms may depend on the plan, billing period, invoice, promotional arrangement, or written agreement in place.
Unless a separate written refund policy or written agreement states otherwise, payments already made are not guaranteed to be refundable. LiningPro may, in its discretion, issue courtesy credits, partial refunds, plan adjustments, or cancellation accommodations, but doing so once does not require LiningPro to do so again.
If a user is dissatisfied, the user may cancel according to the applicable cancellation process. Cancellation does not erase obligations already incurred, including unpaid fees, misuse, unlawful conduct, indemnity obligations, intellectual property obligations, confidentiality obligations, or other provisions that by nature should survive termination.
LiningPro may release new, beta, experimental, limited, introductory, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, changed frequently, unavailable at times, removed, limited, or modified without notice.
Users understand that LiningPro is an evolving platform and that early features, pricing, routing logic, dashboards, analytics, review tools, contractor tools, listings, traffic, visibility, search performance, and administrative processes may change as the platform grows.
Beta and early-access features are provided as-is and do not create warranties, guarantees, reliance rights, service-level commitments, or permanent access rights.
You agree not to use LiningPro for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, spam-like, automated, or disruptive activity.
You may not scrape, harvest, copy, crawl, index, mine, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, bypass security for, or attempt unauthorized access to LiningPro, its systems, user data, contractor profiles, lead data, forms, dashboards, analytics, content, or infrastructure.
You may not submit false leads, fake reviews, fake contractor profiles, misleading project requests, impersonated information, unauthorized business listings, competitor sabotage, abusive complaints, manipulated reviews, spam, malware, phishing content, discriminatory content, obscene content, or content that violates another party’s rights.
You may not use LiningPro to collect contractor or customer information for resale, solicitation, robocalling, lead brokering, scraping, database creation, mass emailing, recruiting, competitive intelligence, or unrelated marketing without express written permission from LiningPro and any required consent from the affected users.
Users may submit text, photos, logos, videos, project descriptions, reviews, ratings, replies, messages, forms, listings, documents, certifications, service information, business information, and other content to LiningPro.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and authority to submit the content you provide. You represent that your content does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.
By submitting content to LiningPro, you grant LiningPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, edit, format, excerpt, index, promote, analyze, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, moderating, and providing the platform.
This license allows LiningPro to display contractor profiles, reviews, listings, project examples, service descriptions, public pages, search results, maps, category pages, city pages, marketing pages, administrative dashboards, and related platform features. You retain ownership of your content subject to the rights granted here.
LiningPro may remove or modify user content at any time, but LiningPro has no obligation to monitor all content before publication.
Users may only upload or submit photos, logos, badges, marks, graphics, videos, screenshots, documents, and media they are authorized to use. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that uploaded media does not contain unauthorized third-party marks, private customer information, unsafe job conditions represented as compliant work, misleading claims, or images that violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
LiningPro may resize, crop, compress, watermark, format, caption, reject, remove, or rearrange media for platform display, performance, quality, legal, or safety reasons.
Third-party names, trade names, certification names, program names, manufacturers, logos, badges, acronyms, and marks appearing on LiningPro belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, authorization, certification, or affiliation with LiningPro unless expressly stated by the rights owner.
Contractors may only reference certifications, affiliations, memberships, manufacturers, training programs, badges, logos, or marks they are authorized to use and that are accurate, current, and not misleading.
Certifications, affiliations, logos, badges, and service claims are provided by contractors and users and are not independently verified by LiningPro unless expressly stated. Users should verify important credentials directly with the applicable licensing board, certification body, manufacturer, public agency, insurer, or official source.
For NASSCO-related credentials, users should consult NASSCO’s official resources and Certified Professionals Directory. Any NASSCO-related terms, program names, or references are used for identification and informational purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or affiliation by NASSCO.
LiningPro may publish articles, guides, glossary pages, defect summaries, repair explanations, contractor resources, homeowner resources, insurance-related discussions, inspection summaries, industry commentary, comparison pages, technical references, and other informational content.
This content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not engineering advice, legal advice, insurance advice, code advice, permitting advice, financial advice, construction advice, safety advice, or a substitute for evaluation by qualified professionals.
Sewer, drain, pipe, wastewater, structural, building, insurance, and construction issues are fact-specific. Users should consult qualified contractors, engineers, inspectors, attorneys, insurance professionals, municipal authorities, utility providers, or other appropriate professionals before making decisions.
LiningPro does not guarantee that any article, guide, summary, chart, listing, grading explanation, defect discussion, or technical content is complete, current, accurate for every jurisdiction, or applicable to any specific property, pipe system, insurance policy, public agency, or project.
Information on LiningPro is not professional advice. LiningPro does not provide engineering, architecture, plumbing, contracting, legal, insurance, financial, accounting, tax, environmental, safety, municipal, or code-compliance services through the website.
Users should not rely on LiningPro content as the sole basis for hiring decisions, repair decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, insurance claims, purchase decisions, or project planning.
LiningPro may create public contractor profiles, category pages, city pages, service pages, reviews, listings, and other indexable content. However, LiningPro does not control search engines, maps, AI answer systems, browsers, social platforms, third-party directories, advertising platforms, or ranking algorithms.
LiningPro does not guarantee indexing, ranking, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, snippets, AI citations, local pack visibility, backlink value, domain authority, review display, or any search-related outcome.
LiningPro may edit, remove, consolidate, redirect, noindex, or restructure pages at any time for quality, legal, operational, or search hygiene reasons.
By submitting forms, creating an account, contacting contractors, requesting quotes, claiming a profile, purchasing a plan, submitting a review, or otherwise using LiningPro, you agree that LiningPro and relevant platform participants may contact you using the information you provide.

Where permitted by law and subject to any required consent, communications may occur by email, phone, SMS, form routing, dashboard notice, or other contact method you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of certain non-essential communications where required by law, but transactional, legal, security, billing, and account-related communications may still be sent.
Use of LiningPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Policy. Those policies explain how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and controlled.
By using LiningPro, you acknowledge that information submitted through forms, profiles, reviews, listings, communications, and account tools may be processed to operate the platform, route requests, support contractors and customers, prevent abuse, improve services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
LiningPro may use first-party analytics, form tracking, call tracking, event logging, storage technologies, server logs, attribution parameters, performance tools, anti-spam tools, and related measurement systems to operate and improve the platform.
Analytics and tracking data may be used to understand site activity, route leads, improve page performance, detect abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, measure advertising or search activity, support contractor reporting, and improve user experience.
Analytics data is not a guarantee of lead quality, revenue, rankings, contractor performance, customer intent, or business value. Any dashboard, report, or measurement tool should be treated as informational and may contain delays, gaps, errors, filtering differences, attribution limitations, or platform changes.
LiningPro may link to third-party websites, contractors, vendors, manufacturers, certification bodies, public agencies, map services, payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, social platforms, embedded content, or other external resources.
LiningPro does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, security, accuracy, content, claims, availability, transactions, products, or conduct. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and policies.
LiningPro may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, limited, or changed at any time due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security events, third-party failures, data issues, legal concerns, operational decisions, abuse prevention, or circumstances beyond our control.
LiningPro does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, permanent storage, permanent publication, or that any feature will remain available.
LiningPro may add, remove, change, suspend, limit, rename, redesign, reprice, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. This includes profiles, plans, categories, cities, service areas, lead routing, reviews, listings, dashboards, analytics, promotional features, marketplace tools, and public pages.
LiningPro may also change these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of LiningPro after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
LiningPro may suspend, restrict, remove, downgrade, hide, or terminate access to any account, profile, listing, review, lead tool, dashboard, paid feature, or content at any time if we believe the user violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, submitted inaccurate information, infringed rights, abused the platform, violated law, harmed users, or acted inconsistently with the purpose of LiningPro.
LiningPro may also remove or restrict content for quality, safety, legal, operational, search, technical, or administrative reasons.
Termination or suspension does not require LiningPro to refund fees unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires it.
LiningPro, liningpro.com, platform design, page layouts, software, code, workflows, databases, profile structures, content systems, text, graphics, logos, icons, trade dress, service names, category structures, review systems, lead routing systems, analytics displays, and related materials are owned by LiningPro or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials.

You may view public pages for personal, customer, contractor, or business evaluation purposes. You may link to public LiningPro pages in a lawful and non-misleading manner.
If you believe content on LiningPro infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other legal right, contact us at help@liningpro.com with enough information to identify the content, explain the claimed violation, verify your authority, and allow us to investigate.
LiningPro may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
LiningPro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiningPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
LiningPro does not warrant that the platform will meet your expectations, that defects will be corrected, that information will be accurate or complete, that contractors will be qualified or responsive, that customers will be genuine or ready to buy, that reviews will be accurate, that listings will be legitimate, or that any transaction or project will be successful.
LiningPro does not warrant or guarantee the work, conduct, pricing, availability, insurance, licensing, safety practices, certifications, warranties, representations, or performance of any contractor, vendor, customer, reviewer, advertiser, buyer, seller, or third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiningPro and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes damages related to lost leads, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, business interruption, reputational harm, bad reviews, failed projects, contractor disputes, customer disputes, equipment transactions, data loss, platform downtime, inaccurate information, third-party conduct, or reliance on content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiningPro’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid directly to LiningPro for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay LiningPro during that period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiningPro and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of LiningPro, your content, your profile, your reviews, your listings, your communications, your transactions, your work, your products, your services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your dispute with another user or third party.
Disputes between customers, contractors, vendors, reviewers, buyers, sellers, employers, employees, property owners, tenants, managers, or other users are solely between those parties.
LiningPro may choose to assist with communication, moderation, documentation, review handling, or abuse prevention, but LiningPro has no obligation to resolve disputes, enforce contracts, inspect work, issue refunds for contractor services, compel performance, determine fault, or decide legal claims between users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration or another required process, the parties agree that courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction and venue, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact LiningPro at help@liningpro.com and provide a reasonable description of the dispute, the relief requested, and your contact information. LiningPro will have a reasonable opportunity to review and respond.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not permitted.
LiningPro’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by LiningPro.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from LiningPro. LiningPro may assign or transfer these Terms, the platform, accounts, contracts, assets, data, or operations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, financing, transfer, or other business transaction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie & Storage Policy, applicable plan terms, invoices, written agreements, and platform notices, form the agreement between you and LiningPro regarding use of the platform.
If a separate written agreement signed by LiningPro conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls only for the specific subject matter and parties covered by that agreement.
