LiningPro operates an online directory and lead-routing marketplace connecting property owners and other users with independent sewer repair contractors and related service providers. We are not a contractor, insurer, or guarantor of any on-site work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for disputes arising out of these Terms.
The site and listings are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiningPro disclaims all warranties. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
When you submit a request, you authorize us to transmit your information to participating contractors or partners for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. You represent that your information is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.
Contractors are independent businesses. Their work, pricing, insurance, and licensing are solely their responsibility. Directory placement and lead routing do not constitute an endorsement.
We may send operational emails and SMS (where you provide a number and applicable law allows). Marketing messages include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
Unless stated otherwise, LiningPro owns the branding, UI, compilations of directory data presented on the platform, and other platform materials.
We may update these Terms; material changes may be signaled by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
