This Privacy Policy explains how Lining Pro LLC, doing business through liningpro.com, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when visitors, customers, contractors, vendors, reviewers, account holders, and other users access or use the LiningPro website, contractor directory, lead request forms, contractor profiles, review features, equipment listings, account tools, analytics tools, communications, and related services.
In this Privacy Policy, LiningPro, we, us, and our refer to Lining Pro LLC. You and your refer to any person or organization that visits, uses, submits information to, creates an account on, purchases from, communicates through, or is listed on LiningPro.
LiningPro is a contractor directory, contractor profile platform, review platform, equipment listing tool, content platform, and lead-routing service for sewer, drain, pipe lining, trenchless, inspection, rehabilitation, excavation, plumbing, wastewater, and related trades. We use information to operate the platform, publish contractor profiles, route project requests, process inquiries, support paid listings, prevent abuse, improve site performance, measure activity, maintain records, and communicate with users.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Cookie & Storage Policy. The Cookie & Storage Policy provides additional detail about cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, first-party analytics, consent choices, and the technical storage inventory used by the website.
We may collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and browser, from contractors and other users, from publicly available sources, from third-party service providers, and from platform activity.
The types of information we may collect include contact information, business information, account information, project request information, contractor profile information, review content, equipment listing information, communications, payment and billing information, analytics data, technical data, device data, security data, and information needed to operate and protect the platform.
When you use LiningPro, you may provide information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, service address, city, state, ZIP code, preferred contact method, project type, property type, sewer or drain issue, photos, videos, documents, descriptions, budget information, timeline, urgency level, service category, contractor preference, and message content.
Contractors may provide business names, owner or representative names, service areas, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, profile descriptions, licensing references, certification references, insurance references, affiliations, logos, photos, videos, project examples, case studies, service capabilities, equipment details, badges, reviews, billing information, and administrative notes.
Reviewers may provide names, contact information, review text, ratings, photos, project descriptions, contractor feedback, dispute comments, and other information related to a claimed customer experience.
Users who list equipment or trade-related items may provide item descriptions, photos, model numbers, serial information, vehicle or equipment details, price, location, seller contact information, condition details, transaction preferences, and supporting documentation.
When you submit a project request, quote request, contact form, sewer problem form, contractor inquiry, or related form, we may collect the information you provide and use it to understand the request, route it to appropriate contractors or administrators, contact you, detect spam or misuse, measure form performance, and maintain platform records.
Lead request information may include your name, phone number, email address, property location, service area, issue description, pipe or system type, project urgency, photos, documents, preferred contact time, IP address, page source, referring page, ad or campaign information, form submission time, browser data, and related technical activity.
By submitting a form, you understand that your information may be shared with one or more contractors, service providers, administrators, or platform tools as needed to process, review, route, respond to, or manage the request.
Some information submitted by contractors or compiled for contractor profiles may be displayed publicly. Public contractor profile information may include business name, service categories, service areas, phone number, website, profile description, photos, videos, project examples, certifications, affiliations, review summaries, business hours, equipment listings, and other information intended for public viewing.
Contractors should not submit confidential, private, proprietary, sensitive, customer-identifying, or legally restricted information for public display unless they have the necessary rights and permissions.
LiningPro may edit, format, moderate, publish, remove, hide, or restructure public profile information as described in the Terms of Use.
If you submit a review, rating, response, dispute note, or other reputation-related content, we may collect and display the content you provide, along with related information such as your name, initials, project details, rating, date, contractor name, photos, communication history, and moderation notes.
We may use review-related information to publish reviews, verify authenticity, detect abuse, moderate disputes, allow contractor responses, prevent spam, investigate complaints, and protect users.
Reviews may be public. Do not include private information, job addresses, payment details, personal disputes, confidential information, medical information, or other sensitive details that should not be made public.
If you create an account, claim a contractor profile, access a dashboard, purchase a paid listing, or use contractor tools, we may collect login credentials, account identifiers, profile settings, role permissions, access logs, profile edits, saved preferences, dashboard activity, billing status, subscription details, and administrative notes.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials.
If you purchase a paid listing, subscription, promotional placement, contractor profile upgrade, administrative service, advertising package, or other paid service, we may collect billing contact information, invoice details, plan information, payment status, transaction history, tax information, and related records.
Payment card or bank information may be processed by third-party payment processors. LiningPro does not necessarily receive or store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may collect and store communications you send to us or through the platform, including emails, form messages, support requests, contractor messages, lead replies, review disputes, cancellation requests, billing questions, phone call details, voicemail details, SMS information where applicable, and administrative correspondence.
We may use communications to respond to you, route requests, provide support, document consent, investigate disputes, improve the platform, enforce policies, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
LiningPro may use first-party analytics to understand how visitors and users interact with the website. First-party analytics means activity data is collected through LiningPro-controlled systems or systems configured for LiningPro’s own site measurement, rather than being used primarily to build third-party advertising profiles across unrelated websites.
First-party analytics may collect or generate information such as page views, landing pages, exit pages, click events, scroll activity, form starts, form submissions, button clicks, link clicks, service category interactions, contractor profile views, search activity, city page visits, equipment listing views, review interactions, session identifiers, timestamps, approximate location from IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referrer, UTM parameters, campaign parameters, and technical performance data.
We may use first-party analytics to measure traffic, understand user behavior, improve page content, identify contractor profile activity, diagnose technical problems, improve form usability, evaluate advertising performance, reduce spam, detect suspicious behavior, support contractor reporting, and improve platform design.
First-party analytics are informational only. They may contain gaps, delays, filtering differences, attribution limitations, device limitations, browser restrictions, consent limitations, blocked requests, duplicate events, bot activity, or other imperfections. Analytics data does not guarantee lead quality, sales, rankings, traffic, conversions, customer intent, contractor performance, or business outcomes.
LiningPro may use form tracking to measure and improve form performance. Form tracking may record technical and behavioral details such as form view, form start, field interaction status, submission status, error events, page location, timestamp, referrer, campaign source, spam signals, and whether a submission was completed.
Form tracking helps us troubleshoot broken forms, identify spam, understand which pages generate inquiries, improve user experience, route requests, and maintain records of submissions.
We do not intend to collect highly sensitive information through ordinary form tracking. Users should not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields unless it is necessary for the request.
LiningPro may use call tracking for phone numbers displayed on the website, contractor profiles, landing pages, ads, or lead forms. Call tracking may collect information such as the phone number called, caller number where available, call time, call duration, call status, source page, campaign source, referring page, geographic area, and related attribution information.
Call tracking may be used to understand which pages or campaigns generate calls, route calls, support contractor reporting, prevent abuse, troubleshoot missed calls, and improve service quality.
Where call recording is used, if ever, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notices or consent. LiningPro does not guarantee that call tracking data is complete, accurate, or available for every call.
LiningPro may use HTTP cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain preferences, support account access, remember choices, detect abuse, measure activity, improve performance, and provide platform features.
Examples may include storage used for security, session management, analytics preferences, cookie choices, user interface preferences, form state, dashboard tools, spam prevention, and performance measurement.
The specific storage keys, categories, lifespans, purposes, and technical details may be described in the Cookie & Storage Policy and the technical storage inventory displayed on the website.
Like most websites, LiningPro may automatically collect technical information when you visit or use the website. This may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, requested URL, referring URL, timestamps, error logs, performance data, pages viewed, files requested, security signals, and other server log information.
We use this information to operate the website, deliver pages, maintain security, investigate errors, prevent abuse, diagnose performance issues, maintain hosting infrastructure, and comply with legal obligations.
We may collect information about your device and browser, including device type, screen size, browser version, operating system, language settings, time zone, and similar technical attributes.
We may infer approximate location from IP address or from information you submit, such as city, state, ZIP code, service address, or project location. Approximate location may be used to route requests, display relevant contractors, measure regional activity, detect suspicious behavior, and improve local pages.
LiningPro does not need precise GPS location for ordinary use unless a future feature clearly requests it and you choose to provide it.
If you reach LiningPro through search engines, ads, social posts, email links, contractor links, referral links, or other campaigns, we may collect attribution information such as UTM parameters, campaign IDs, ad IDs, ad group IDs, keywords, creative IDs, referrers, landing pages, click IDs, source, medium, and related campaign data.
We use this information to understand which sources generate traffic, leads, calls, contractor profile visits, form submissions, and other platform activity. Attribution data may be used internally and may be included in contractor-facing reports where appropriate.
Attribution data is not perfect. Browser privacy controls, ad blockers, consent settings, link changes, platform limitations, cross-device activity, and technical issues may affect accuracy.
Contractors, customers, reviewers, administrators, vendors, public websites, business directories, certification bodies, licensing sources, map providers, analytics providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, anti-spam tools, and other third parties may provide information to or about LiningPro users.
We may use third-party or publicly available information to create or update contractor profiles, verify business information, investigate complaints, moderate reviews, detect fraud, improve directory quality, contact businesses, and maintain accurate platform records.
We do not guarantee that third-party or public information is accurate, complete, current, or verified.
We may use information to operate, maintain, protect, and improve LiningPro. This includes publishing contractor profiles, processing form submissions, routing leads, contacting users, responding to inquiries, managing accounts, supporting reviews, managing equipment listings, providing paid services, processing billing, measuring analytics, improving pages, detecting spam, preventing fraud, enforcing policies, complying with law, and protecting the platform.
We may use information to match project requests with relevant contractors based on service area, service category, profile status, location, plan level, administrative review, availability, and platform rules.
We may use information to communicate with you about requests, profiles, reviews, listings, accounts, billing, support, security, policy updates, platform changes, contractor opportunities, and service-related matters.
We may use information to improve search performance, page quality, contractor profile structure, form design, user experience, site speed, spam prevention, security controls, and platform reliability.
We may share information as needed to operate LiningPro, route requests, provide services, support users, process payments, comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect rights.
We may share lead request and project information with contractors, service providers, administrators, or platform partners who may be relevant to the request. This may include your name, contact information, project location, issue description, photos, urgency level, and related form details.
We may share contractor profile information publicly through directory pages, service pages, city pages, search results, review pages, equipment listings, case studies, and other public platform features.
We may share information with service providers who help with hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, SMS or phone services, call tracking, payment processing, customer support, spam prevention, database management, backups, development, and other operational services.
We may share information when required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, regulatory inquiry, or to protect legal rights, safety, users, property, or the platform.
We may share information in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, restructuring, asset transfer, or change of control.
When a user submits a project request, LiningPro may send that request to one or more contractors or businesses. Those contractors may contact the user directly by phone, email, SMS, or other provided method.
Contractors receiving lead information are expected to use that information only to respond to the user’s request and provide relevant service information. Contractors must not misuse lead information for unrelated marketing, resale, list building, harassment, spam, or unlawful purposes.
LiningPro is not responsible for a contractor’s independent privacy practices after information has been shared in connection with a lead request. Users should review contractor privacy practices and use judgment before sharing additional information directly with any contractor.
Information displayed publicly on LiningPro may be viewed, copied, indexed, cached, archived, quoted, or shared by search engines, AI tools, browsers, social platforms, competitors, customers, contractors, and other third parties.
Public information may remain visible in cached pages, screenshots, search results, third-party databases, or archived copies even after it is changed or removed from LiningPro.
Do not submit information for public display if you do not want it publicly available.
LiningPro may use software tools, automation, spam filters, analytics systems, routing logic, moderation tools, data processing tools, and administrative systems to operate the platform. These tools may assist with lead routing, abuse detection, quality control, analytics, formatting, search organization, duplicate detection, security, and administrative review.
LiningPro’s use of tools does not mean every decision is fully automated, nor does it mean every profile, review, lead, listing, or claim has been manually verified. LiningPro may combine human review with technical tools.
LiningPro does not use submitted project information to guarantee diagnosis, repair recommendations, contractor quality, lead outcome, or customer outcome.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing information, we may process information based on consent, contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, protection of rights, fraud prevention, security, and other lawful bases.
Our legitimate business interests may include operating the directory, routing leads, publishing contractor profiles, providing reviews, managing accounts, processing payments, measuring site performance, improving services, preventing abuse, maintaining security, communicating with users, and enforcing policies.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the platform, maintaining contractor profiles, processing leads, supporting accounts, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, maintaining security, preserving business records, and improving services.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information. Lead records, form submissions, account records, billing records, review records, contractor profile history, analytics logs, security logs, and communications may be kept for different periods.
We may retain certain information after account closure, cancellation, profile removal, or request deletion where necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, database, transmission, hosting environment, email system, payment system, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may limit your ability to use parts of LiningPro, submit requests, receive contractor responses, claim a profile, post reviews, list equipment, access account tools, or purchase paid services.
You may request updates or corrections to certain account, profile, billing, or contact information by using available platform tools or contacting help@liningpro.com.
You may unsubscribe from certain non-essential email communications using available unsubscribe links or by contacting us. We may still send transactional, legal, security, billing, account, policy, and service-related communications.
You may manage certain cookies and storage choices through available website tools, browser settings, or device settings. Blocking or deleting cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage may affect site functionality.
Visitors in the United States may disable new first-party analytics POSTs using Cookie choices where that option is available on the website. This opt-out is intended to stop new first-party analytics submissions from that browser after the choice is saved.
Opting out of new analytics submissions does not necessarily delete historical server logs, prior analytics records, form submissions, lead records, billing records, security logs, contractor records, or other business records already collected.
Analytics opt-out choices may depend on your browser, device, storage settings, and whether you delete cookies or localStorage. If you use another browser or device, you may need to set the choice again.
Some browsers and devices offer Do Not Track or similar privacy signals. Because there is not always a consistent industry standard for these signals, LiningPro may not respond to every browser-based signal in the same way.
Where legally required and technically supported, we may honor certain recognized privacy preference signals. Users may also use the website’s Cookie choices or contact us directly for privacy-related requests.
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, disclosure of certain processing practices, opt-out of certain uses, or appeal of a denied request.
To submit a privacy request, contact help@liningpro.com. We may need to verify your identity, authority, location, and relationship to the information before responding.
Some information may be exempt from deletion or other requests, including information needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing, dispute resolution, free expression, public information, transaction records, contractor profile records, lead records, and other legally permitted purposes.
If California privacy law applies to your information, this section provides additional notice. LiningPro may collect identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity information, geolocation information based on approximate location, professional or employment-related information for contractor profiles, user-generated content, and inferences related to platform activity.
We may use these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the platform, routing leads, publishing profiles, providing accounts, processing payments, measuring activity, improving services, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and communicating with users.
We may disclose these categories to service providers, contractors receiving lead requests, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, communications providers, security vendors, professional advisors, legal authorities, and parties involved in business transactions.
LiningPro does not intend to sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. If our practices are considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible users may have opt-out rights.
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and information about certain disclosures, subject to legal exceptions. California residents may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
LiningPro does not intentionally request sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, precise health information, medical history, biometric identifiers, government ID numbers, or highly sensitive personal details through ordinary website forms.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested and necessary for a legitimate purpose. If you include sensitive information in a free-text field, image, document, review, or message, it may be processed as part of that submission.
LiningPro is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LiningPro, contact us at help@liningpro.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
LiningPro may link to or use third-party websites, contractor websites, map tools, payment processors, analytics services, call tracking services, email tools, SMS tools, embedded media, social platforms, certification bodies, public agency websites, and other third-party resources.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, policies, or conduct of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Public pages on LiningPro, including contractor profiles, service pages, city pages, articles, reviews, and equipment listings, may be indexed by search engines, AI systems, web crawlers, browsers, and other third-party tools.
LiningPro may use technical controls such as robots directives, noindex tags, redirects, or page removal where appropriate, but we do not control how third parties crawl, cache, summarize, display, store, or remove information.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate records where appropriate, but LiningPro cannot guarantee that all contractor profiles, reviews, listings, analytics, public information, third-party data, or user submissions are accurate, current, complete, or independently verified.
Users and contractors are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying us of changes or errors.
You may request deletion or removal of certain information by contacting help@liningpro.com. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law, platform obligations, and legitimate business needs.
Removal of public information from LiningPro does not guarantee removal from search engines, cached pages, screenshots, third-party websites, archives, backups, contractor records, customer records, or systems outside our control.
Contractor profile removal requests may require verification that the requester has authority over the business profile.
If LiningPro is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, restructuring, transfer of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction or evaluation process.
Any successor or acquiring party may continue to use information as described in this Privacy Policy unless a different policy applies after notice.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Changes may reflect updates to the platform, analytics tools, contractor features, lead routing, privacy laws, service providers, business operations, or security practices. Continued use of LiningPro after changes means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
