1. Scope

This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information through liningpro.com (the “Site”), our API routes, contractor/advertiser dashboards, and transactional email powered by Resend.

2. Sources of personal information

• You provide: lead intake submissions, account registration (contractors/advertisers), profile content, support tickets, billing contact details.
• Automatic / device: HTTP cookies managed by Supabase Auth and session routes; locally stored identifiers for theme and onboarding; client-side identifiers for analytics (anonymous ID, tab session identifiers). See the authoritative table appended to our Cookie & Storage Policy.
• Vendors: Supabase (database + hosted Auth), Stripe (payments & receipts), Resend (email delivery), spam/abuse tooling (e.g., CleanTalk) where enabled, analytics POST endpoints operated by us.

3. How we use data

Operate the marketplace, authenticate members, route and measure leads, personalize UI (e.g., theme), detect fraud, bill subscriptions, comply with law, enforce terms, communicate service updates.

4. Sharing

We share information with contractors you select or who are assigned/marketed to your request logic, advertisers only where advertiser products apply, regulators when required, and processors under contract.

5. Retention

We retain submissions, accounts, billing artifacts, transactional logs, and analytics records as needed for legitimate business operations and statutory obligations.

6. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of certain states (including California) may submit requests via Do Not Sell or Share. You may designate an authorized agent as permitted by law. We verify requests consistent with CPRA/CCPA timelines.

7. Children

The marketplace is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Security

We rely on HTTPS, Supabase-managed access controls for user data paths, JWT sessions for dashboards, MFA for admin tooling when enabled, Stripe for cardholder data segregation, and least-privilege service roles.

9. Updates

This policy updates when operational practices materially change.
