This page explains how eligible users may submit privacy requests to Lining Pro LLC, doing business through liningpro.com, including requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where those rights apply by law.
In this page, LiningPro, we, us, and our refer to Lining Pro LLC. You and your refer to any visitor, contractor, customer, property owner, reviewer, account holder, vendor, or other user of LiningPro.
LiningPro is a contractor directory, contractor profile platform, review platform, equipment listing tool, content platform, and lead-routing service for sewer, drain, pipe lining, trenchless, inspection, rehabilitation, excavation, plumbing, wastewater, and related trades.
This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie & Storage Policy, Terms of Use, Disclaimer, Accessibility Statement, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable policy or agreement.
LiningPro does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of exchanging a user’s personal information for cash.
However, some privacy laws define terms such as sale, share, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling broadly. Depending on the law that applies to you and the technologies used on the website, certain analytics, advertising, attribution, lead-routing, or third-party tool activity could be interpreted as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar processing under those laws.
For that reason, LiningPro provides this page as a practical way for eligible users to submit privacy requests, including opt-out requests where applicable.
You may request that LiningPro not sell or share your personal information where applicable law gives you that right.
To submit a request, email us at help@liningpro.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share Request.
Please include enough information for us to understand and process your request, such as:
Do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for verification and it is necessary to process your request.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate personal information, deletion of personal information, a copy of personal information, restriction or opt-out of certain processing, opt-out of targeted advertising, opt-out of certain profiling, or appeal of a denied privacy request.
To submit a privacy request, email help@liningpro.com with the subject line Privacy Request and describe the request you are making.
We will review the request under the privacy law that applies to you, if any, and respond as required by applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you the right, you may request to opt out of targeted advertising or similar processing.
LiningPro may use campaign data, attribution parameters, first-party analytics, form tracking, call tracking, referral information, and related tools to understand how users find and use the website. Some advertising or analytics tools may involve processing that certain laws treat as targeted advertising, sharing, or similar activity.
To request an opt-out of targeted advertising, email help@liningpro.com with the subject line Targeted Advertising Opt-Out.
You may also use available Cookie choices on the website, where provided, to disable new optional first-party analytics submissions from your browser.
Visitors in the United States may disable new first-party analytics POSTs using Cookie choices where that option is available on the website.
This opt-out is intended to stop new optional first-party analytics submissions from that browser after the choice is saved.
This opt-out does not necessarily disable strictly necessary storage, security logs, server logs, form processing, spam prevention, billing records, account records, contractor profile records, lead records, call records already created, or other operational records.
This opt-out does not automatically delete historical records that were created before the opt-out choice was saved.
Opt-out choices may be browser-specific and device-specific. If you use another browser, use another device, browse in private mode, delete cookies, clear localStorage, or reset browser data, you may need to set your preference again.
Some browsers, extensions, or privacy tools may send a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal.
Where applicable law requires and our systems can reasonably detect and process the signal, LiningPro may treat a recognized signal as a request to opt out of certain applicable processing for that browser.
Because signal handling depends on browser support, technical configuration, location, legal applicability, and the type of processing involved, users may also submit a request by email or use available Cookie choices on the website.
LiningPro routes project requests, contact requests, quote requests, sewer problem forms, contractor inquiries, review-related messages, equipment listing inquiries, and similar submissions to contractors, administrators, service providers, or platform tools as needed to operate the platform.
When you submit a lead request or contact form, you understand that LiningPro may share the information you provide with one or more contractors or service providers so they can respond to your request. This type of sharing is part of the service you requested.
A Do Not Sell or Share request does not prevent LiningPro from using or disclosing information as needed to complete a transaction you requested, process a form you submitted, route a lead you asked us to route, provide contractor contact, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, process billing, manage accounts, respond to you, or operate the platform.
Some contractor profile information may be public by design. Public contractor information may include business name, service area, phone number, website, profile description, service categories, photos, logos, review content, equipment listings, and other information intended for display on LiningPro.
A Do Not Sell or Share request does not automatically remove public contractor profile information, reviews, equipment listings, article mentions, public directory pages, archived content, cached pages, search engine results, or third-party copies.
Contractors who want to update, correct, claim, limit, or remove profile information should contact help@liningpro.com with the subject line Contractor Profile Privacy Request.
Before processing certain privacy requests, LiningPro may need to verify your identity, authority, state of residence, relationship to the information, account ownership, contractor authorization, or legal right to make the request.
Verification may require us to match information you provide with information already in our records. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify the request.
We will not require unnecessary sensitive information for ordinary verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny the request or ask for more information.
Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf, LiningPro may require proof that the agent has authority to act for you.
We may also require you to directly verify your identity with us, confirm the agent’s permission, or provide documentation required by applicable law.
LiningPro will make reasonable efforts to respond to verified privacy requests within the time required by applicable law.
Response timing may depend on the type of request, the state law that applies, whether we can verify your identity, whether the request is complete, whether the information is held in active systems, whether third-party service providers are involved, and whether an extension is permitted by law.
If we need more time where permitted by law, we may notify you and explain the extension.
LiningPro may deny, limit, or decline a privacy request where permitted by law.
Reasons may include inability to verify identity, inability to verify authority, legal exemptions, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing records, tax records, lead records, contractor records, public information, free expression, compliance obligations, technical limitations, backup systems, records needed to complete a transaction, or records needed to protect the rights and safety of LiningPro or others.
If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will provide the explanation required by applicable law.
If applicable law gives you the right to appeal a denied privacy request, you may submit an appeal by emailing help@liningpro.com with the subject line Privacy Request Appeal.
Please include your original request, the date of the request, the response you received, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
We will review appeals as required by applicable law.
LiningPro will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
However, some information is necessary to provide certain services. If you ask us to delete or restrict information needed to provide a service, route a lead, maintain an account, publish a contractor profile, process billing, manage a review, support a listing, or comply with law, certain services may be unavailable, limited, or discontinued.
Even after a privacy request is processed, LiningPro may retain certain information where permitted or required by law.
This may include records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, billing, tax, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, contractor profile history, lead routing records, consent records, opt-out records, or other legitimate business purposes.
We may also retain a record of your request so we can document our response and continue honoring your choices.
LiningPro may use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, form processing, email delivery, payment processing, call tracking, spam prevention, database management, backups, and other operational needs.
Privacy requests submitted to LiningPro apply to information controlled by LiningPro. Third-party websites, contractor websites, payment processors, map tools, social platforms, search engines, browsers, advertising platforms, and other external services may have their own privacy processes.
If you leave liningpro.com or interact directly with a third party, you may need to submit privacy requests directly to that third party.

Please use one of the following subject lines where applicable:
Include enough information for us to identify the records involved and verify the request. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
This page is a supplement to the LiningPro Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Policy. It does not replace those policies.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and how users may contact us. The Cookie & Storage Policy explains cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, first-party analytics, form tracking, call tracking, attribution, and related browser technologies.
LiningPro may update this Privacy Requests — Do Not Sell or Share page from time to time. Updates may reflect changes in privacy laws, platform features, analytics tools, advertising tools, service providers, opt-out methods, request procedures, or business operations.
When this page is updated, the effective date will be changed. Continued use of LiningPro after an update means you acknowledge the updated page.

Important privacy notice: LiningPro does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense. However, because some privacy laws define sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and related processing broadly, eligible users may submit opt-out requests through this page. A privacy opt-out does not prevent LiningPro from processing information needed to provide requested services, route leads, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, manage accounts, process billing, or operate the platform.
Submit a request under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (e.g. access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale/sharing). We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes required by law. For general support, use the Support link in the footer.
