LiningPro is a contractor directory, contractor profile platform, review platform, equipment listing tool, content platform, and lead-routing service only. LiningPro is not a sewer contractor, plumbing contractor, pipe lining contractor, excavation contractor, engineering firm, inspection company, insurance company, public utility, government agency, certification authority, legal advisor, financial advisor, or project guarantor.
LiningPro provides online tools that may help property owners, facility managers, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and trade professionals find information, view contractor profiles, submit project requests, publish reviews, list equipment, and communicate with relevant businesses in the sewer, drain, trenchless, pipe lining, inspection, rehabilitation, excavation, plumbing, wastewater, and related trades.
LiningPro does not perform contracting work, inspect properties, diagnose sewer or plumbing conditions, design repair systems, supervise job sites, verify all contractor claims, guarantee contractor qualifications, guarantee lead quality, guarantee project results, or guarantee that any user, contractor, customer, reviewer, buyer, seller, or third party will act honestly, lawfully, safely, or professionally.
No guarantees are made regarding leads, placements, traffic, rankings, reviews, customer inquiries, contractor responses, project outcomes, contractor qualifications, customer results, equipment transactions, search engine visibility, AI visibility, map visibility, business performance, or return on investment.
Contractors understand that a profile, paid listing, premium placement, introductory rate, promotional feature, category placement, city page appearance, review feature, lead-routing access, or administrative support does not guarantee leads, traffic, rankings, calls, form submissions, booked jobs, revenue, reviews, or sales.
Customers understand that submitting a request through LiningPro does not guarantee that any contractor will respond, inspect the property, provide an estimate, accept the project, honor a specific price, perform work, or deliver a particular result.
Listing a contractor on LiningPro does not mean that LiningPro endorses, recommends, certifies, guarantees, supervises, warrants, or approves that contractor.
Contractor profiles may include information submitted by contractors, users, customers, public sources, third-party sources, or administrative research. LiningPro may review, format, edit, remove, or moderate profile information, but LiningPro does not guarantee that all contractor information is independently verified, complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular project.
Users should independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, certifications, registrations, permits, references, warranties, experience, safety practices, service areas, pricing, availability, and legal qualifications before hiring or contracting with any company.

LiningPro does not guarantee that every contractor in a service area will receive every request. LiningPro may filter, moderate, reject, delay, reroute, or withhold requests that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, spam-like, unsafe, outside the platform’s scope, or otherwise inappropriate.
A lead is not a booked job, qualified buyer, guaranteed opportunity, exclusive contact, sale, contract, or promise of revenue.
Reviews, ratings, comments, photos, responses, and reputation-related content on LiningPro are user-submitted opinions and experiences. They do not necessarily reflect the views of LiningPro.
LiningPro may moderate, remove, hide, reject, flag, format, or investigate reviews and responses that appear false, abusive, irrelevant, duplicated, manipulated, incentivized, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, spam-like, or inconsistent with platform standards.
LiningPro does not guarantee that every review is accurate, complete, current, verified, unbiased, representative, or based on a genuine customer experience. Third-party names, trade names, certification names, program names, manufacturers, acronyms, logos, badges, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on LiningPro does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, certification, partnership, authorization, or affiliation with LiningPro unless expressly stated by the rights owner.
Contractors may only reference certifications, licenses, affiliations, badges, logos, marks, manufacturer relationships, and program participation that they are authorized to use and that are accurate, current, and not misleading.
