Lining Pro LLC, doing business through liningpro.com, is committed to making reasonable efforts to provide a website that is usable by as many people as practical, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition software, and other accessibility tools.
LiningPro is a contractor directory, profile platform, review platform, equipment listing tool, content platform, and lead-routing service for sewer, drain, pipe lining, trenchless, inspection, rehabilitation, excavation, plumbing, wastewater, and related trades. Because the website may include contractor-submitted information, user-generated reviews, third-party links, uploaded media, maps, forms, dashboards, and evolving platform features, accessibility may vary across different parts of the website.
We do not claim that every page, feature, file, image, listing, form, tool, or third-party integration on LiningPro is fully accessible or fully conformant with every accessibility standard at all times. We do, however, intend to improve accessibility over time and respond in good faith when accessibility barriers are brought to our attention.
LiningPro uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG, as a reference point when reviewing and improving website accessibility. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium and is widely used as a technical reference for web accessibility.
Our goal is to make reasonable efforts toward practical accessibility improvements, including improved readability, keyboard access, form labeling, text alternatives, contrast, heading structure, link clarity, focus visibility, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.
Because LiningPro is an evolving platform, accessibility work may be ongoing and may not be complete across all templates, contractor profiles, user-submitted content, uploaded media, archived content, third-party tools, or new features.
LiningPro may take steps such as reviewing page structure, improving semantic HTML, using descriptive headings, adding text alternatives where practical, improving form labels, reducing unnecessary motion, improving color contrast, maintaining readable font sizes, supporting keyboard navigation, testing common templates, and reviewing accessibility feedback from users.
Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on user impact, frequency of use, severity of the issue, technical feasibility, legal requirements, platform resources, and whether the affected content or feature is controlled by LiningPro or by a third party.
Some areas of LiningPro may not yet be fully accessible. Known or potential limitations may include contractor-submitted photos without full text descriptions, older content, third-party embedded tools, map features, external websites, uploaded documents, user-generated reviews, contractor logos, equipment listing images, dashboard features, interactive forms, JavaScript-driven components, dynamically updated content, and content supplied by contractors or other users.
Some contractor profiles, listings, reviews, case studies, photos, documents, or media may be submitted by third parties. LiningPro may format, moderate, edit, remove, or improve this content where practical, but we cannot guarantee that all third-party or user-submitted content is accessible at the time it appears on the website.
Third-party links, contractor websites, embedded maps, payment tools, communication tools, analytics tools, call tracking tools, videos, social media platforms, certification bodies, public agency websites, and external resources may not be controlled by LiningPro. We are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party websites or services outside our control.
LiningPro uses forms to collect project requests, contractor inquiries, review submissions, account requests, equipment listing inquiries, and related information. We intend for forms to be reasonably usable, but some users may still experience barriers depending on device, browser, assistive technology, settings, or the specific form being used.
If you are unable to submit a form, complete a request, claim a profile, submit a review, or use a contractor tool because of an accessibility issue, contact us at help@liningpro.com. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative way to complete the same request.
If a part of LiningPro is not accessible to you, you may contact us for help accessing the information, service, form, contractor profile, review process, or request tool you were trying to use.
Depending on the issue, we may be able to assist by email, provide information in an alternate format, manually route a contractor request, help with a profile issue, assist with a review submission, or provide another reasonable method of access.
Requests for alternative access may be sent to help@liningpro.com.
We welcome accessibility feedback. If you experience difficulty using LiningPro, please contact us and describe the issue as clearly as possible.

When we receive an accessibility-related message, we will make reasonable efforts to review the concern, understand the affected page or feature, and determine whether a correction, workaround, alternate format, or other response is appropriate.
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, the amount of information provided, the complexity of the affected feature, whether the content is controlled by LiningPro, whether third-party services are involved, and available resources.
Submitting accessibility feedback does not guarantee that every requested change can be made immediately or in the exact manner requested. LiningPro will evaluate accessibility requests in good faith and may prioritize corrections based on practical impact, feasibility, severity, and legal obligations.
LiningPro does not guarantee that the website, all content, all contractor profiles, all reviews, all uploaded media, all documents, all forms, all dashboards, all equipment listings, all third-party tools, or all future features will be fully accessible at all times.
Accessibility can be affected by browser settings, device settings, assistive technology behavior, third-party tools, user-submitted content, contractor-submitted content, platform updates, code changes, external services, and technical limitations.
This Accessibility Statement is intended to describe our accessibility posture, feedback process, and good-faith improvement efforts. It is not intended as a representation, warranty, certification, admission, or guarantee of legal compliance.
LiningPro may update its website, templates, content, forms, contractor tools, review features, equipment listings, lead-routing workflows, and accessibility practices over time. Accessibility improvements may be made as part of ordinary website maintenance, redesigns, content updates, user feedback, technical audits, or platform development.
Because the platform changes, this Accessibility Statement may also be updated from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest published version.
This Accessibility Statement should be read together with the LiningPro Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie & Storage Policy. Those documents explain platform use, privacy practices, cookies, storage technologies, analytics, lead routing, user content, and legal limitations.
