You may not use contractor profiles, lead forms, reviews, listings, emails, phone numbers, or public directory information for unrelated solicitation, recruiting, cold outreach, scraping, lead brokering, list building, or resale without express authorization and all required legal consent.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, index, mine, extract, download, mirror, reproduce, or build a database from LiningPro content, contractor profiles, reviews, leads, listings, phone numbers, emails, service areas, categories, pricing, analytics, or other platform data without written permission from LiningPro.
This restriction applies whether the activity is manual, automated, assisted by software, performed through bots, browser extensions, scripts, AI tools, crawlers, APIs, proxies, scraping services, or third-party tools.
Search engines and legitimate indexing tools may access public pages only to the extent permitted by LiningPro’s technical controls and applicable law. LiningPro may block, throttle, restrict, or challenge automated traffic at any time.
You may not interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, bypass, probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to LiningPro, its servers, databases, accounts, dashboards, forms, APIs, analytics tools, lead routing systems, security systems, storage systems, or third-party services.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on LiningPro does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, certification, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated by the rights owner.
Contractors must not imply affiliation with NASSCO, manufacturers, municipalities, utilities, insurance companies, certification bodies, or other organizations unless the claim is accurate, authorized, current, and not misleading.
You may not upload or submit content that violates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, license restrictions, contractual obligations, or other third-party rights.
This includes unauthorized photos, copied articles, copied contractor descriptions, stolen logos, manufacturer images used without permission, customer photos without permission, proprietary documents, and media taken from competitors or third-party websites.
You may not use LiningPro to publish unsafe, deceptive, or unsupported technical claims about sewer repair, pipe lining, trenchless rehabilitation, inspection, cleaning, excavation, waterproofing, structural repair, insurance matters, code compliance, or related services.
Contractors must not claim that a repair method is suitable for all conditions, that permits are never required, that insurance will cover a project, that a pipe condition is certain without inspection, that a product is universally approved, or that a repair is guaranteed unless those claims are accurate, documented, and legally supportable.
LiningPro is not an emergency service. You may not use LiningPro to submit false emergencies, abuse urgent request features, or represent that LiningPro provides emergency dispatch, utility response, public safety response, or guaranteed emergency contractor availability.
Users experiencing immediate danger, sewage exposure, flooding, gas issues, electrical hazards, structural risk, environmental hazards, public health concerns, or other urgent conditions should contact appropriate emergency services, utilities, municipal authorities, or qualified professionals directly.
You may not share account credentials with unauthorized users, sell account access, create accounts under false identities, create multiple accounts to avoid enforcement, access another user’s account, bypass permissions, or use account features for an unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying LiningPro if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid listings, premium profiles, promotional placements, featured positions, introductory plans, advertising packages, and contractor tools must be used honestly and in accordance with applicable terms.
You may not use paid features to mislead users, impersonate competitors, dominate categories through fake businesses, publish false service locations, create doorway profiles, manipulate reviews, or evade platform rules.
Payment for a listing or feature does not exempt a user from this Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use bots, scripts, automation, AI agents, crawlers, browser extensions, scraping tools, form fillers, auto-dialers, auto-texters, or similar tools to access, copy, submit, manipulate, test, monitor, or interact with LiningPro without written permission.
LiningPro may use technical systems to detect, block, throttle, challenge, or investigate automated activity.
Users may not submit AI-generated or automated content that is false, misleading, spam-like, duplicative, infringing, defamatory, impersonated, low quality, harmful, or presented as a genuine personal experience when it is not.
AI-generated reviews, fake contractor descriptions, fake project summaries, fabricated case studies, synthetic customer testimonials, or generated licensing and certification claims are prohibited.
Contractors and users are responsible for all content they submit, regardless of whether it was drafted by a person, software, automation, or artificial intelligence tool.
You may not act in a way that damages trust in LiningPro, harms the sewer and trenchless trade community, exploits users, misleads customers, unfairly attacks competitors, or interferes with legitimate platform activity.
