Premium contractors can create long-form project stories with rich text, a photo gallery (WebP pipeline), and auto-filled SEO fields. Drafts are submitted for admin review before publishing.
Opt in to receive municipal and city government project requests. When a municipality submits an RFQ through LiningPro, only contractors who have enabled this option will be notified.

LiningPro is built for trenchless and sewer repair—not every trade under the sun. Your public profile is SEO-focused for that niche, homeowners can browse by state and city, and the platform routes project requests to contractors who are set up to receive them. Reviews on LiningPro are tied to real lead interactions, separate from generic directory star counts. With Premium you can publish case studies as their own indexed pages—each gets a stable, SEO-friendly URL you can share and that others can link to—which helps real projects accumulate organic visibility and natural backlinks over time instead of staying buried on a generic listing. It is structured space for install stories many directories never surface in search at all; the more you invest here—profile content, verified reviews from real work, and published case studies—the more lasting benefit you compound on a domain built specifically for trenchless and sewer trades.
No. Membership gives you platform access, listing visibility, and tools—not a promise of volume, placement, calls, revenue, or exclusivity. Actual assignment depends on homeowner demand, your state, eligibility, and whether you are accepting routed leads.
Yes. When a homeowner submits a routed request, the system can create assignments for multiple Premium-eligible contractors in that state who qualify at that moment (for example active, accepting leads, and meeting premium eligibility). It is not a single-winner auction by default. Municipality or city RFQ flows only notify contractors who are Premium-eligible and have opted in to those leads.
Both Directory and Premium include a public SEO profile, state and city directory presence, analytics, verified reviews, on-profile contact details, and reading Contractor Talk. Premium adds routed homeowner leads in your dashboard inbox, direct quote participation from profiles and listings, phone and website shown on directory result cards, the Premium badge, optional municipality or city RFQ notifications, posting on Contractor Talk (replies go live immediately unless filters flag them; new topics and link-heavy topics can be reviewed), equipment classifieds listings, and related classifieds tools. No. Routed assignments from the homeowner intake flow go to contractors who are Premium-eligible at assignment time. Directory membership still puts you in the directory and on your profile page so homeowners can find and contact you there; it does not add you to the premium routing pool for those assignments.
Premium-eligible contractors can participate in direct quote flows tied to their listing. If you are Directory-only, profile and directory discovery still apply, but the platform will not route those direct quote requests to you the same way it does for Premium-eligible accounts.
The request can still be saved on our side. Assignments are only created for contractors who actually qualify under the routing rules—so there may be zero assignments in some cases. Our operations side is notified on submissions so we can review edge cases; we do not label contractors as notified when they were never assigned.
Customers can leave verified reviews linked to lead activity on your public profile. If you believe a review is unfair, you can contest it with a reason and admins can review and remove it when appropriate.
Contractor Talk is the in-app forum for industry discussion. Anyone can read it. Starting topics and replying is a Premium contractor capability. Replies publish immediately unless automated checks send them to the mod queue. New topics from newer accounts and topics with links are reviewed to reduce spam. Trusted contributors can earn faster publishing for eligible new topics.
Premium contractors can list equipment for sale on LiningPro Classifieds with photos, public listing pages, buyer inquiries, and per-listing analytics. Active listings can surface on your profile as well.
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from Billing anytime; Stripe schedules cancellation for the end of the current billing period. Your paid directory access continues through that date.
You can manage payment methods and invoices through the self-service Stripe billing portal: open your dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing. Use the Support tab to open tickets and track threads; you get an email when staff reply (not for internal-only notes).
Yes. If you work in more than one state, you can add additional state listings under the same account so each state has its own directory presence.
